If you have not connected QuickBooks with the Curant app, please do so. You can find instructions on how to do so here.

How to Create a Payment Request in Curant with QuickBooks

  1. When you’re creating an invoice in QuickBooks and ready to send it to Curant, click “Save”

<aside> ⚠️ To avoid double emails sent to your clients, don’t send invoices from QuickBooks once connected since Curant will now handle this for you. Instead, simply save them.

  1. Once the invoice is saved, the invoice will be sent to Curant as a draft payment requestClick the payment request

  2. Assign a Client to the request to enable you to send it*

  3. Send the request!

Once payment is made towards the payment request, it’ll automatically reflect in both Curant and QuickBooks.

*To send the invoice to multiple client contacts, at this time you will have to use the “Draft Request” Button to launch the Edit Modal to be able to select multiple client contacts. (See here)

The QuickBooks Sync

Unfortunately, QuickBooks batches their "real-time" events every 5 mins. (Reference) If you’re experiencing any delays, you can click the “Sync all QuickBooks Invoices” at the top of your Drafts table.
